Citadel (ABC RADIO) Negotiations BULLETIN #1 NEGOTIATIONS – NABET-CWA/CITADEL BROADCASTING Negotiations between the Union and Citadel Broadcasting commenced today here in NYC. BULLETIN# 2 June 4, 2009 The parties met again today at 12 Noon in New York City. Additional dates of June 30 and July 1, 2009 have been scheduled for continuing negotiations. The Union asked to extend the current contract which expires on June 12. When the Company refused to extend the contract, the Union asked what would happen upon expiration. BULLETIN# 3 July 2, 2009 The parties met in joint session on June 30 and July 1, 2009 in New York City. The Union presented the Company with several proposals in an effort to move these negotiations forward. In addition, the Union submitted a further request for information to better understand the necessity for the Company's proposals. Sector President John S. Clark joined the talks on Tuesday. The Union's negotiating team asked the Company for a detailed explanation of their proposals. Although no agreements were reached, the tone of these talks was professional. Another round of negotiations will be scheduled in either July or August, 2009 (specific dates to be announced shortly). Fraternally, NABET-CWA NEGOTIATING TEAM
