PLANNING COMMITTEE

DESCRIPTION:

No organization can survive, let alone thrive, without preparing for the future. The Local has not done so for many years. We will now. This group will prepare a yearly plan to decide on goals and priorities for Local 16. That plan will be given to the Finance Committee so they can prepared a budget that will allocate resources to implement the plan. This is the place to have the most influence on the Local’s future, outside of serving on the Executive Board
